Bonnie Woods studied Design and Art History at the University of Houston and Advertising Art and Journalism at the University of Oklahoma.  At the University of California, San Diego, she earned a Professional Certificate of Fine Arts.

Bonnie is a signature Member of the National Watercolor Society, the San Diego Watercolor Society and she is a Master Signature Member of the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies.  She is a member of the American Women Artists, the American Watercolor Society, The Texas Watercolor Society and the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C.

Bonnie participates in local, national and international competitions and exhibitions.  Her artwork has been featured in Watercolor Magic, San Diego Home and Garden, Pacific magazine and Sketchbook magazine.  A very special painting is included in a book published by

Country Living entitled A Bit of Velvet and a Touch of Lace about the phenomenal life of the beautiful artist, Robin Brown, of Magnolia Pearl.
